Hi! My name is Anastasia.

“Our experiences, circumstances, and life events shape us into who we are today. Still, it's not a prison sentence - we always have the option to change our belief systems, thought patterns, and our approach to our emotional reactions.”

Anastasia grew up in unusual circumstances. Anastasia was born in Russia but she was raised in Japan. She finished two schools, one with a Russian curriculum and one with an American curriculum. The mixed cultured upbringing shaped the way she saw the world; from three different perspectives. That taught  to consider all possibilities, avoid jumping to conclusions, and use critical thinking in all circumstances because the truth is always somewhere in the middle. In 2018 Anastasia started her podcast, but unpredicted life circumstances have made me realise that I was debilitating depressed with a dash of suicidal ideation.

She took time away from the pod and worked on her depression from all angles. She explored all modalities for answers, and on 11.11.2018, she had a breakthrough. The answers to depression, suicidal thoughts, and other mental downward spirals are packaged in a set of modalities that suits the specific person at question. Such simple logic, yet crucial to learn from experience. One of the uses of astrology is to be able to see correlations between the root of the problem, the compulsion, and the solution. Sometimes one can also notice correlations between two different problems that usually that the same root.

Now, Anastasia uses astrology, her writing, and the podcast to help others understand their depression, melancholy and other emotional issues and how to heal and move on with their lives.
In her search for helpful modalities, she has found meditation, divination, astrology, Carl g. Jung, breath work, Astral Projection, Plant medicines, stoicism, journaling, and much more. This knowledge has become integral to who Anastasia is as a person and her life. Anastasia, “I am an avid believer that one has to do the work and deep healing to be a healthy individual and a functional member of society. I also believe that each individual is sewn from a unique thread and thus needs a unique approach to any problem they might have.”
